Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product was delivered broken or damaged.
- The coffee is stale or not consumable.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Record an opening video of the package when you first receive it. This helps us verify any damage or issues.
Email us at support@coffenad.com with details of the issue and attach the opening video as proof.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 days. Our team will stay in touch with you throughout the process.
Currently, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or staleness. Please store the coffee in a cool, dry place to maintain its freshness.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
