We accept returns only if the product was delivered broken or damaged, or if the coffee is stale or not consumable. To initiate a return, please record an opening video of the package when you receive it, showing any damage or issues. Then, email us at support@coffenad.com with the details of your issue, attaching the opening video as proof. We process returns as quickly as possible after verifying the issue. Currently, we only accept returns for damaged or stale products. Please ensure you store the coffee in a cool, dry place to maintain its freshness.
